Pro Rewards: Terms, Conditions & Exclusions

Annual Spend

The total dollar amount spent on your account (or referred to your account) counts toward your Rewards tier. Any Pro Rewards tier perks and benefits achieved in a calendar year also apply to the following year. Year-to-date spend resets every year on January 1. 


Trade Pricing

Trade pricing (or “discount”) varies by product category, with perks increasing at each Pro Rewards tier.

Trade pricing is available on the following product categories: Tile & Stone; Wood & Vinyl; Installation Tools & Materials; and Accessories.
Discounts on Installation Tools & Materials vary by product.

Excludes Clearance items. Additional exclusions may apply. Check with your local store for pricing.


5% Referral Bonus

When someone provides your Tile Shop Customer ID number (CID) during their order process, we send you a reward—5% of the total purchase amount!—as our thanks. Cash back payments are made via direct deposit the month after the referral order closes.


Terms & Exclusions

When you refer a non-Pro customer to The Tile Shop, you’ll qualify for a 5% Referral Bonus—and can also offer them a discount in the amount of your choosing, up to 15% off the total sale.*


*Non-Pro purchases discounted more than 15% do not qualify for a Referral Bonus. 


When you refer fellow Pros, you’ll earn a 5% Referral Bonus, and they will receive Pros-only trade pricing. 


Conditions

To receive 5% back on referred orders, the following conditions must be met: 


1) Your Tile Shop Customer ID number must be associated with the order within 60 days of the order closing. (Note: Orders close upon delivery or pickup. For questions or concerns about specific orders, reach out to your Pro Market Manager.) 


2) You must have a valid Pro account and have submitted your tax and banking information through PaymentWorks. 


PaymentWorks Verification

Once PaymentWorks has verified your information, you will receive a direct deposit payment the following month on any qualified orders that closed during the previous month (with adjustments for returns if applicable). Pros who have not registered with PaymentWorks can still accrue Referral rewards, but rewards payments will not be issued until verification is complete.
