Transaction Information
If you use our Web Site, we may collect location data obtained from your IP (Internet Protocol) address. We use this location data to help you find our nearest store to you, provide you with driving directions to our stores and provide available products and pricing at our stores near you. If you use our mobile applications, we may collect location data that your mobile device provides. If a mobile application indicates that you are shopping in one of our stores, you may be provided with special information for in-store customers. Through the settings menu of your mobile device, you can control use of your device’s location information.


IP and Location Information
When you purchase products or services from us, we collect your transaction information, including information from your debit or credit card, PayPal account, gift card or check. If you apply for The Tile Shop credit card, we collect information related to your application.


Employment Information
If you apply for employment with us, you may provide us with certain personal information including information contained in a letter, resume, or similar employment-related materials, or provided in response to pre-screening questions.

We may collect any of the data that you provide through our mobile applications, Web Site, or online forums.
